VEHICLE OR PROPERTY APPOINTMENTS

1. Click on Book Appointment (White Button at top of page)

2. Type in last six of VIN and select Vehicle or Property Appointment
                         **For vehicle appointments payments must be made and vehicle release sent BEFORE they can be made and confirmed**

3. Fill in all info required and then proceed to calendar

4. Click the date you would like to make the appointment and on the right of the calendar the available times left for that day will appear (Appointments are always between Monday-Friday 8AM-2:30PM) 
                       ***Only the available times left for the date selected will show, if there are none left you will have to select another date***
 

5. If the appointment is confirmed, the system will send a confirmation with address, fees and what to bring 

           ***If appointment is declined there is always a reason sent back so please read the messages if appointment is declined as to next step***

TRANSPORT APPOINTMENTS 

1. Click on Book Appointment (Orange Button)

2. Type in last six of the VIN and select Transport Appointment

3. Fill in all info required and then proceed to calendar

4. If vehicle is ready for transport the system will confirm back if unit has keys, if vehicle is not ready the system will decline back with the reason

**If making an appointment for multiple vehicles must do each VIN separately**
